FAQ

Q: How many nodes will be available in total?

A: 50,000

Q: Why can't I see my purchased Muse Node License after logging in?

A: Please make sure you are logged in with the same wallet used to purchase your Muse Node. All licenses have been airdropped to the purchasing wallet via Polygon PoS on January 16, 2025. If you own a license, it will be displayed on the “License” page.

Q: How to run Muse Node?

A: To get started, please follow the appropriate guide based on your operating system:

Q: Can I run multiple nodes at the same time?

A: You can run one Muse Node License per Node Software, and each device can support up to 10 Node Software simultaneously. Running more than 10 Muse Node Software on one device will may cause errors.

Q: How can I check my rewards after operating my nodes?

A: Once your node is active, you can monitor its uptime and accumulated rewards on the "License" page. Rewards are updated hourly. For a detailed view of your reward history, please refer to the "Activity" page.

Q: How are node operations rewards distributed?

A: Node operation rewards are distributed on an hourly basis. Operators who maintain a minimum of 90% uptime within each hour will receive the full reward for that hour. If uptime falls below 90%, the reward will be adjusted proportionally based on the actual uptime.

Any unclaimed node operation rewards will be allocated to a personal reward pool. Operators will have an additional one-year buffer period during which they can continue running their nodes to claim any previously missed rewards.

Q: What are the rules for withdrawing rewards?

A: To receive 100% of your token rewards, a 90-day holding period is required. Alternatively, users may withdraw 25% of their rewards after a 7-day waiting period. Please note that by selecting the 7-day option, any unclaimed rewards will be permanently forfeited and cannot be redeemed later. Withdrawals can be managed at any time via the user portal.

Q: If my wallet is lost, is it possible to recover my license and rewards?

A: The Muse Node License NFT and rewards are linked to the wallet used to purchase the Muse Nodes. Due to the decentralized and anonymous nature of blockchain, Moonveil cannot recover any lost or stolen assets. For this reason, it is essential to securely store and protect your wallet.

Q: What should I do if my node software shuts down unexpectedly due to a power outage or system issue? Will I lose my rewards?

A: If your node software shuts down unexpectedly, you can restart it. The system will typically resume operations and continue generating rewards automatically. All past rewards associated with your license are securely stored on-chain and will remain unaffected. You can review your reward history on the “License” page.

Q: Can I transfer my Muse Node License to another wallet?

A: There is a one-year non-transfer period for all Muse Node Licenses, it’s from January 17, 2025, to January 16, 2026. After this period, you can transfer your licenses freely.

Q: Why do I need to sign and authorize transactions on multiple blockchains in the Node Portal? A: The Node system involves two blockchains:

  • The NFT License is issued on Polygon (POL)

  • The $MORE token currently operates on BNB Chain (BSC)

As a result:

  • Actions related to the License (such as delegation) will be initiated on Polygon

  • Actions related to $MORE (such as airdrops, reward claims, and withdrawals) will be initiated on BSC

We'll continue to optimize our multi-chain setup and performance in near future.
